With a background in corporate HR, Tom (the founder of Ink Learning Solutions) was underwhelmed (and frankly, a little bored) with the usual leadership development offering from the usual training providers.
And so, Ink Learning Solutions was born. With a focus on the skills leaders really need (without the convoluted theories), great design, and a uniquely Australian style, we’re going to be your new favourite learning partner.

1. WE DON’T DO ‘OFF THE SHELF’. Yes, we have some awesome leadership development modules that are going to catalyse greatness in your leaders, but we always tailor them to your audience. We want to dig beneath the surface to understand the problems you’re trying to solve and use that understanding to build something truly unique for your leaders.

Firstly, you deal directly with Tom for just about everything. From end to end, you’ll be dealing with one person – we’re totally personal and totally available for you.
