Meet the team
Want to get to know Ink Learning Solutions? You’ve come to the right place!
Our team is a tiny but mighty! So, you’ll deal with one or more of these gorgeous faces from start to finish. This means you will always know who to go to with any questions and who is going to be standing in front of your learners.
Don’t let our size fool you. We have clients in Australia, the US, and Europe – and they all keep coming back for more. We’ve supported clients with 100 employees in our own backyard, and those with thousands of staff spread all around the globe.

THOMAS IBBS
Thomas (Tom) is the director at ink Learning Solutions.
Prior to founding Ink, Tom worked in a variety of HR and other corporate and operational leadership roles in Australia, the Middle East, and Europe. His experience spans real estate, commercial airlines, industry trade associations, and the global health sector.
He is degree qualified in commerce, a certified leadership and emotional intelligence coach, and holds certifications and accreditations in various psychometrics and other assessments including Korn Ferry’s Emotional and Social Competency Inventory, Insights Discovery, Leader Factor’s 4 Stages of Psychological Safety, Belbin Team roles, and more.
When he’s not helping clients with their learning needs, Tom can be found on the beach, at the movies, or in the kitchen (where he’s on a constant quest for the perfect lemon dessert recipe!).
JANE JAMIESON
Jane holds qualifications in Business, Behavioural Science, and post-graduate qualifications in psychology.
What gets Jane out of bed in the morning is her passion for helping others. As a psychologist, she works with a range of clients and gets a real kick out of supporting others function at their best.
Her background includes corporate change management and project management roles in both private and public sectors. Her emphasis at Ink has been on client engagements focusing on wellbeing and adapting to change.
Jane’s facilitation style is warm and engaging, with bucketloads of empathy. This means she can connect with any audience and help learners see how they can apply what they’re learning to their roles.
When she isn’t supporting Ink clients, Jane has her hands full with a gorgeous family, a constant desire to continue learning, and a private 1:1 client practice.
Want to see her eyes light up? Ask her about her Nan’s green pudding.
Jane is based on the glorious Sunshine Coast… not that we’re jealous!
JANE WOODROW
The other Jane! This one drives the engine room of Ink. Handling much of our scheduling, invoicing, and workshop logistics.
Basically, everything that keeps the cogs turning and running smoothly.
Jane’s background is mostly in real estate sales administration, but for many years she was a volunteer for a vital Sunshine Coast hospice.
When she’s not ensuring our client work is running smoothly, Jane can be found on the beach with her cocker spaniel, Lula, reading a great book or trying out the latest recipe she found online.
(Yes, there’s a food theme running between the team!)
