Leadership Development Training & Coaching in Brisbane

We know we’re biased (Brisbane is our home town, after all), but we think there’s something special about our city. Great weather, gorgeous natural beauty, and some pretty chilled out locals.

Leaders in Brisbane

Maybe our southern counterparts considered Brisbane a sleepy country town, but she now has her big girl shoes on and is coming into her own. If there’s a word to describe Brisbane, it’s growth.

So, what does that mean for leaders in Brisbane?

Brissie’s laid-back atmosphere brings about a collaborative and open-minded work culture, so leaders need to be able to prioritise team cohesion and interpersonal relationships.

Successful leaders in this vibrant city are going to be those that bring a blend of approachability, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to making coming to work enjoyable… even fun!

How can we help?

Our leadership training programs are made for Brisbane folk. Each program is straightforward and practical, with people in the centre. Our short courses provide professional development opportunities. Here are a few training modules that will help Brisbane based leaders kick more goals than the Lions (and yes, of course we can run these courses in any city across Australia!).

HERE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE MODULES WE LOVE TO INCLUDE IN OUR EXTENSIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS:

You’re in good company!

Whether it’s a small business in Brisbane, or a leading global health organisation in Switzerland, we partner with great organisations doing wonderful things. Each of them united by a common desire to provide meaningful and impactful training courses and learning solutions to their teams. Will you be next?

Quick leadership tip: Creating Collaborative Cultures

Look, we know it’s a bit cheesy, but we love alliteration! Here’s our list of the key pillars needed  for creating collaborative cultures:

  • Communication: Simple and regular is best. We’re all a bit tired of corporate speak in the workplace, right?  Just say what you mean, without the “double click” or “thought shower.”
  • Candour: In a similar vein, be upfront. A timeline is at risk? Say it early. Disagree with the direction a decision is taking the team? Share your concerns.
  • Capability: Develop your team’s skills and hone their positive behaviours so they’re up to  the task.
  • Credibility: Collaboration relies on trust. As a leader, it’s important to role model integrity and demand it of your team. You’ll all be rewarded for it.

In all of our leadership workshops, we want your learners to leave with new skills they can apply straight away, such as building collaboration through succinct and clear communication.
