We’re always being asked to do more with less. So it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, pressured, and like we’re burning out. That’s not a good thing.
We are proud to offer a range of modules on the topic of wellbeing, and you can see a sample of them below. We love sharing our knowledge and tapping to the things individuals are already doing to boost their approach to wellness.
Allow us to climb onto our soapbox for a minute
Running a course on mindfulness is great, but in isolation it sends the message that the issue of wellbeing and burnout sits on the shoulders of the employees… And we don’t think that’s fair.
The last thing we want to hear is something like this:
“If I’m suddenly doing the work of two people, don’t tell me to meditate.”
We’d love to work with you on some wellbeing programs, but we’re also going to ask you some potentially tough questions about what else you’re doing to help the team – we want them to succeed just as much as you need them to succeed. And they can’t do that if they’re not well in mind, body and spirit.
