Leadership Training in Melbourne

Melbourne is one of those cities that just hums! Graffiti lined laneways, mouthwatering cuisine from all over the world, and a never ending supply of world class art and performance. Melbourne is a city with style.

Leaders in Melbourne

We love working with leaders in Melbourne because of the unique energy and perspective they bring. They’re driven, assertive, and passionate. They lead hugely diverse teams across a wide range of industries from the arts to finance.

Speaking of diversity, did you know there’s a suburb in Melbourne that boasts residents from 146 different countries! Astounding, right?!

So, what does that mean for leaders in Melbourne?

They need to find ways to connect, inspire, direct, and develop their fabulously diverse teams. But we know that diversity alone isn’t enough. When we take the inherent strengths of different perspectives and backgrounds and layer it with inclusive leadership practices, we’re onto something powerful!

How can we help?

We offer a bunch of leadership training modules that are perfect for leaders in Australia’s most diverse city. Here’s a small selection of modules that will help leaders get the best from their team (and of course we can run these for leaders in any city!).

HERE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE MODULES WE LOVE TO INCLUDE IN OUR EXTENSIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS:

You’re in good company!

Whether it’s a small business in Brisbane, or a leading global health organisation in Switzerland, we partner with great organisations doing wonderful things. Each of them united by a common desire to provide meaningful and impactful training courses and learning solutions to their teams. Will you be next?

Quick leadership tip: Leader as Coach

We mention above that Leader as Coach is one of our favourite modules. And it’s true. But why? Put simply, when managers wear the hat of coach, great things are possible.

When shifting to a coaching mode, leaders tell less, and ask more. This often requires a  fundamental shift away from the old mentality of the manager needing to have all the answers.

Imagine a team member has come to you for help on a big project problem. Here are some  coaching questions to open up the conversation:

  • Given you know X, how might you approach the challenge differently?
  • Who do you know that’s great at this sort of problem? How do you think they’d approach  it?
  • This seems like a big problem to solve. What do you see as your next best step?\
  •  How have you solved problems like this in the past?

In all of our leadership workshops, we want your learners to leave with new skills they can apply  straight away, such as asking powerful questions.
