Our general philosophy
Let’s start with the basics: We love what we do!
At our core, we put people first. Sure, models and theories can be helpful, but generally, we like to keep it simple.
What we talk about is pretty straightforward, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Sometimes, it’s bloody hard! Mastering these powerskills requires practice, getting out of our comfort zone, and stepping into the learning zone. To enable that, we keep the theory light and instead invest in sharing, discussing, interacting, and applying.

Our workshops are the time where it’s fine for your learners to stumble. It’s going to be awkward, messy, and a little bit confusing for them at times, and that’s great! They’re going to be trying out new things and challenging old beliefs. But it’s also going to be enlightening, encouraging, and empowering. It’s where growth happens.
We bring a uniquely Australian energy. We’re big on impact, but we’re also laid back. We want your learners to have a bit of fun. We bias casual over formal. We don’t jam with teacher/student dynamics. Your learners are adults, so we treat them as such. We’re all in this together.
